Karen's 3 day gravy train.

Okay, I've got 2 days to log so here we go!

Tuesday, coffee, 2 eggs scrambled/cheese, pineapple and mandarin oranges.


1 cheese stick at Kate's while I babysat.


For dinner I had a baked potato. No butter or sour cream. It didn't need any cuz I covered it with gravy! a salad with tomatoes, bacos, cheese and oil and balsamic vinegar.





One margarita, tequila and diet Sun Drop.



Wednesday, today, I had to work so I was in a hurry. I packed a tuna sandwich and about a half cup of greek yogurt with some fruit to take with me. I ate the tuna that was left on on piece of bread for breakfast. Oh and I ate over the sink. Shit happens. And coffee of course.







Dinners ready, and it's graaaaavy! What can I say, I wanted gravy. I got my fill and I don't feel like I blew it so I'm happy :)

Kate's log 11/16/11

Ate a banana in the middle of the night. I will stop this.



I wanted coffee out of this glass this morning, so I did! And only 1 today. Maybe because it was giant.


About a cup of multi-grain cheerios and 1/4th cup milk. 1 large banana.


Lunch. Grapes, half of a banana, stir fry


Dinner is embarrassing and I don't want to talk about it. AND I'm sure I'll be paying for eating that much fake meat, if you know what I mean.

I also am working on my FIFTH water right now.

I went for a walk today. Got actual exercise and found some beautiful things. I wish I could get out everyday and go for a walk.



I did eat Tuesday.

My internet was down last night but I'll post Tuesday's and Wednesday"s food tonight.

Kate's log 11/15/11


Coffee x 3.


Left over dinner from last night. About 3/4ths cup. And a banana.


Lunch. About 10 grapes. 3 pieces of tofurkey, a little less than half an avacado, less than 1/4th cup garbonzo beans and some broccoli.


Dinner. 16 grapes, 1 slice tofurkey (my son ate the other), 2/3rds of a cheese stick, 2 slices of an orange.

I think its pretty obvious that I just wasn't into making food today. I am dealing with a stressful situation and my eating changed because of it. Not stoked about it, so tomorrow is back to mostly veggies.


I drank a bottle over the course of the night. Then one today, working on my second. I WILL have had 4 by the time I go to bed.

Kate's log 11/14/11


2 of these. Really enjoying the pumpkin pecan creamer!


Breakfast was left over dinner from last night. It's what I wanted! I also had a banana.



Lunch. Half an avacado, 3 slices peppered tofurkey, about 5 baby carrots, some broccoli, about 10 grapes. I actually felt guilty about this lunch because of the fat in the tofurkey and avacado. Keeping in mind that I do still need SOME fat and better early in the day so I have plenty of time to work it off.


I was feeling odd and could see myself eating crap. I figured coffee is a comfort drink for me so better this than....cheesecake.



4 of these! 8 glasses of water. I also had the last of my diet ginger ale. I am officially a water drinker, not a diet soda drinker. I won't be buying any more except on special occasions.


Dinner. I was a little tired of zucchini and broccoli, so I made...this. It was actually good and because the beans are a little heavy I opted to only have half of what I made. The rest is breakfast.
Coffee please...x2



2 poached eggs with dill butter and a few fries.


I had my comfort food today, well one of them. I tried to make them healthier by leaving out milk and butter and they were great! I used mushroom soup and a packet of au jus mix for the gravy.

Small bowl of fruit is all I wanted for dinner. I drank lots of water today and it filled me up :)

I had 2 cups of coffee.


I was just not hungry today so I took advantage of it and didn't eat much. I had a 12" cheese and veggie sandwich, half of which I ate in my car at the park. The other half I ate around 5 with Doritos and a chocolate milk.



One large glass of wine.
