2 of those.
Breakfast. 1 cup multigrain cheerios with 1/4th cup milk. 1 medium banana.
Lunch. Stir fry. A lot of it.
Dinner. I had so much stir fry for lunch that I really just needed to eat....fruit. I had a pudding out and was going to eat it...and made a good decision and put it back. I don't NEED a pudding.
And...
4 waters.
