Thank goodness for grocery day. I'm really going to try to eat healthier this week. I'm drinking lots of water and I'm even cutting down on added salt.
Breakfast; 1 scrambled egg with cheese and fresh asparagus. Yummy!
Lunch; big salad with more asparagus,tomato,blue cheese crumbles and Bacos and half of a faux bacon and tomato sandwich.
A little greek yogurt and a few blackberries for a snack.
Dinner; half a portobello mushroom a yam and barley with a little faux meat and mushrooms (the stem of the portobello) sauteed with soy sauce.
I gotta say I love your blog, but the pics make me hungry LOL!!
ReplyDeletePaul, I was thinking the same thing! Sometimes when I look at what my mom eats I feel like heading to the fridge! Especially that greek yogurt..ughhhh!
