Karen's log

Today I had 10 grain, hot cereal for breakfast with a little brown sugar and 2 pieces faux bacon.
Mid day I had about 3/4 cup of mango and a little Greek yogurt.
For lunch I had faux pulled pork with onions and mozzarella cheese on rye bread, toasted.
Dinner was a bruschetta, Boca burger,peas and pasta.


I plan on having a couple glasses of wine tonight.

I've really been craving protein! I need to eat more fruits and veggies.
